孕育中的三维水平井修正轨道设计的二次函数法和弹性管柱插连法 被引量:2

摘要 在钻井过程中,实钻井眼轨迹与原设计井眼轨道都有一定的差值。当差值较大时,为了钻达靶区,必须及时地对待钻段井眼轨道进行修正设计。无论原始设计是二维的还是三维的,施工过程的修正井眼轨道设计都是三维的。给出了针对滑动送钻导向钻井系统提出的三维水平井修正井眼轨道设计的斜平面圆弧-直线-斜平面圆弧法的物理模型,提出了更适于旋转导向钻井系统的两种三维水平井修正井眼轨道设计方法——二次函数法和弹性管柱插连法的物理模型、数学模型,并对其潜在价值和待攻克的问题进行了分析。 In the process of well drilling,there is a certain deviation between the actual hole trajectory and the design value.When the deviation is larger,modifying design shall be carried out on the hole trajectory to be drilled in time in order to reach the target.No matter whether the original design is two dimensional or three dimensional,the trajectory modifying design in the process of construction shall be three dimensional.The physical model of inclined plane arc-straight line-inclined plane arc method for the threedimensional trajectory modifying design of horizontal well which is put forward for the slide bit feeding and steering drilling system was established.Then,physical model and mathematical model of two three-dimensional horizontal well trajectory modifying design methods which are more suitable for rotary steering drilling system(namely quadratic function method and elastic string connection method)were put forward.Finally,the potential value and the problems to be solved were analyzed.
