摘要
目的:探讨上腔边缘不足房间隔缺损患者经皮介入封堵术的安全性及有效性。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月-2018年5月我院行上腔边缘不足房间隔缺损经皮介入封堵术43例患者的资料。结果:43例患者中,2例封堵器脱落转外科手术,余41例成功封堵的患者随访1年,肺动脉压、右心大小及三尖瓣反流等与术前相比明显改善;未发生封堵器脱落、心脏磨蚀等严重并发症,无心律失常及血栓栓塞等情况。结论:上腔边缘不足房间隔缺损经皮介入封堵手术是一种微创、安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective:To analyze the safety and effectiveness of transcatheter closure in atrial septal defect with superior vena cava edge insufficiency.Method:From January 2012 to May 2018,43 patients with atrial septal defect with superior vena cava edge insufficiency underwent percutaneous transcatheter closure were analyzed retrospectively.Result:Among 43 patients,2 cases converted to surgery due to the loss of occluder,the remaining 41 patients with successful occlusion were followed up for 1 year,the pulmonary artery pressure,size of right atrium and tricuspid regurgitation significantly improved compared with those pre-operation.There was no serious complications such as occluder shedding,heart abrasion,arrhythmia and thromboembolism.Conclusion:Percutaneous transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect with superior vena cava edge insufficiency is a minimally invasive,safe and effective method.
