摘要
目的研究葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒湿巾擦浴对急诊科重症监护室(EICU)患者医院感染的预防效果。方法通过医院感染监测和相关标本细菌检测方法,对某医院EICU收治的289例患者采用葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒湿巾擦浴预防医院感染的效果进行观察。结果EICU住院患者采用浓度为20 g/L的葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒湿巾擦浴,可明显减少呼吸机相关肺炎的发生、中心血管插管相关感染率,以及多重耐药菌感染发生率。住院患者对葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒湿巾擦浴和住院时间调查满意度达到96.29%。结论葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒湿巾擦浴更适合于抵抗力低,易感染的危重症患者,可以降低插管相关医院感染发生率。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of rub bath on nosocomial infection of EICU patients using chlorhexidine gluconate disinfection wipes.Methods 289 patients admitted to emergency intensive care unit(EICU)used chlorhexidine gluconate disinfection wipes to prevent nosocomial infections,and the effect was observed through methods for nosocomial infection monitoring and bacteria detection of related specimens.Results Inpatients in EICU used a disinfection wipe containing 20 g/L chlorhexidine gluconate to have a rub bath,which could significantly reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,the rate of central vascular intubation-related infection,and the incidence of infections with multi-drug resistant bacteria.The satisfaction of surveyed inpatients with rub bath using chlorhexidine gluconate disinfection wipes and hospitalization time reached 96.29%.Conclusion Rub bath using chlorhexidine gluconate disinfection wipes is more suitable for critically ill patients with low resistance and susceptibility,which can reduce the incidence of intubation-related nosocomial infections.
