摘要
以Web of Science TM核心合集收录的自2000年以来"国外雪上运动损伤"为研究主题的70篇期刊文献为数据来源,利用Cite SpaceⅤ进行可视化处理和分析,探讨近19年来国外雪上运动损伤的研究进展。国外雪上运动损伤研究领域主要涉及骨科、外科学、体育科学、神经科学、公共、周围性血管疾病、心血管系统和心脏学、为重症医学以及危重症医学,研究呈现出研究领域多样化;研究热点主要围绕头部损伤(创伤性脑损伤)、不同雪上运动发生损伤原因对比、不同人群参与雪上运动损伤情况等议题进行研究。研究多偏向雪上运动造成的具体损伤,如脊柱损伤(神经)、上下肢骨折和创伤性脑损伤等研究。指出秉持"安全第一"的思想,政府和单项组织协会共同寻找有效的途径进行雪上项目安全教育;在普及雪上运动项目时,重视宣传掌握雪上基本运动技能和损伤防护的相关知识,提高国民安全意识,形成"三亿人安全参加雪上运动"的美好局面。
as a Web of ScienceTM core collection included"foreign"snow sports injury since 2000 as the research subject of 70 journal literature as data sources,using CiteSpace V visualization processing and analysis.This paper discusses the research progress of snow sports injury in foreign countries in recent 19 years in order to grasp the frontier of snow sports injury research.Conclusion:the research fields of snow sports injury in foreign countries mainly involve orthopedics,surgery,sports science,neuroscience,public,peripheral vascular diseases,cardiovascular system and cardiology,as well as critical and critical medicine.The research focuses on such topics as head injury(traumatic brain injury),the comparison of the causes of injuries in different snow sports,and the participation of different populations in snow sports injuries.Studies have focused on specific injuries caused by snow sports,such as spinal injuries(nerves),upper and lower limb fractures,and traumatic brain injuries.Outlook:adhering to the idea of"safety first",the government and individual organizations and associations jointly seek effective ways to carry out snow safety education;When popularizing snow sports,we should attach great importance to the publicity of mastering basic snow sports skills and relevant knowledge of injury protection,so as to enhance the national safety awareness and form a good situation of"300 million people participating in snow sports safely".
