摘要
分流器作为干式蒸发器的重要部件,其分流原理对干式蒸发器的性能优化起着至关重要的作用。基于国内外对分流器的研究分析,重点介绍了分流器的分类、应用领域及实验研究进展,分析当前研究存在的不足,提出新型分流理念的新型分流器,并在冷风机测试试验台上对其性能进行测试。实验结果表明:在各个工况下,采用整流喷嘴式分流器的冷风机综合性能显著提高。
The distributor is an important part of the dry evaporator,and its splitting principle plays a crucial role in optimizing the performance of the dry evaporator.Based on the research and analysis of distributor at home and abroad,the classification,application fields and experimental research progress of the distributor are introduced.The existing shortcomings of the current research are analyzed.A new type of shunt with a new shunting concept is proposed and tested on the test bench of the chiller.The performance of the test is carried out.The experimental results show that the air cooler with rectifying nozzle type distributor has the best comprehensive performance and the comprehensive performance of the air cooler is significantly improved under different working conditions.
