摘要
目的了解2019年北京市西城区四合院民宿酒店卫生状况,为加强该类公共场所监督管理、保障公共场所卫生安全提供依据。方法按照GB/T 18204-2013《公共场所卫生检验方法》的方法进行采样监测。根据GB/T 18204-2013《公共场所卫生检验方法》进行检测。依据GB 37488-2019《公共场所卫生指标及限值要求》对结果进行评价。结果四合院民宿酒店房间数不多,多为平房或者2层小楼,室内外装修及家具陈设多采用漆油木质材料。本次调查8家四合院民宿酒店,其中4家民宿酒店安装阳光棚,占本次调查的50.0%。四合院民宿酒店客房室内空气甲醛、二氧化碳出现超标现象,合格率为87.5%。安装阳光棚的四合院民宿酒店客房室内甲醛、二氧化碳浓度高于未安装阳光棚的四合院民宿酒店,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。公共用品用具各项指标合格率为100.0%,达到清洗消毒效果。结论西城区什刹海地区四合院民宿酒店一般客房数量不多,为平房或者2层小楼。安装有阳光棚的四合院民宿酒店应加强通风换气,增加机械通风设施,保证室内有充足的新鲜空气。
Objective To know the sanitary status of Siheyuan hotels in Xicheng District of Beijing in 2019,provide the basis for strengthening the supervision and management of this kind of public places and ensuring the health and safety of public places.Methods Sampling and monitoring were carried out according to GB/T 18204-2013"Public place sanitation inspection method".The test was carried out according to GB/T 18204-2013"Hygienic inspection method for public places".The results were evaluated according to GB 37488-2019"Public places health indicators and limit requirements".Results The number of rooms in Siheyuan hotels is small,most of which are bungalows or two-storey buildings.The interior and exterior decoration and furniture furnishings are mostly made of lacquer oil wood.Totally eight Siheyuan hotels were surveyed,of which four were equipped with sunshine shed,accounting for 50.0%of the survey.The levels of formaldehyde and carbon dioxide in indoor air of Siheyuan hotels exceeded the standard,and the qualified rate was 87.5%.The concentrations of formaldehyde and carbon dioxide in indoor air of Siheyuan hotels with sunshine shed were higher than those of Siheyuan hotels without sunshine shed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rates of all indicators of public goods and appliances were 100.0%,which reached the cleaning and disinfection effect.Conclusion Generally,the number of guest rooms in the Siheyuan hotels in Shichahai District of Xicheng District is not large,most of which are bungalows or two-storey buildings.For the Siheyuan hotels with sunshine shed,it is necessary to strengthen ventilation and increase mechanical ventilation facilities to ensure sufficient fresh air in the room.
