摘要
从道德困境概念、国内外研究现状、影响因素、道德困境的影响以及最新干预措施五个部分进行综述。通过理清道德困境相关概念发展、比较国内外研究现状以及分析影响因素和总结措施来阐明道德困境的具体含义、体现和应对措施。旨在提高护理人员对道德困境的全面认知,让更多的护理人员和护理管理者重视这一问题。同时,结合国外的最新干预研究,为解决我国重症医学科护士道德困境问题提供建议。
This article mainly reviews five parts:concept of moral distress,current research status at home and abroad,influencing factors,impact of moral distress and the latest intervention measures.This article clarifies the specific meaning,manifestations and countermeasures of moral distress by clarifying the concept development of related moral distress,comparing research status at home and abroad,analyzing influencing factors and summarizing measurements,aiming to improve nursing stafs'comprehensive understanding and awareness.Meanwhile,combined with the latest foreign intervention research,it provides suggestions for solving the moral distress for ICU nurses in China.
