摘要
以乙酰丙酮钴为催化剂,对质量比为1:1的低相对分子质量双端羟基聚苯醚与双酚A型氰酸酯树脂进行热固化反应,研究了催化剂质量分数(0~0.05%)对改性树脂固化及性能的影响。结果表明:改性树脂的凝胶时间随着催化剂含量的增加或温度的升高而缩短,当温度高于180℃时,凝胶时间随温度的变化不明显;固化反应温度随着催化剂含量的增加而降低;催化剂含量越高,改性树脂的初始储能模量越大,交联密度越大,玻璃化温度越高;随着催化剂含量的增加,改性树脂的介电常数和介电损耗呈先降低后升高的趋势,吸水率降低;当催化剂质量分数为0.03%时,改性树脂的固化反应温度为160℃,玻璃化温度为210℃,吸水率为0.48%,介电常数为3.51,介电损耗为5.20×10-3,性能最佳。
The low relative molecular mass polyphenylene ether containing dihydroxyl end group and bisphenol A cyanate ester modified resin with mass ratio of 1:1 were heat cured with cobalt acetylacetonate as catalyst.The effect of catalyst content(0-00.5 wt%)on the curing and properties of the modified resin was studied.The results show that the gelation time of the modified resin decreased with increasing catalyst content or temperature,and when the temperature was higher than 180℃,the gelation time changed little with temperature.The curing reaction temperature decreased with increasing catalyst content.The higher the catalyst content,the higher the initial energy storage modulus,the crosslinking density and the glass transition temperature of the modified resin.The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the modified resin decreased first and then increased,and the water absorption decreased with increasing catalyst content.When the content of catalystwas00.3 wt%,the properties of the modified resin were the best with curing reaction temperature of 160℃,glass transition temperature of 210℃,water absorption of 04.8%,dielectric constant of 35.1,and dielectric loss of 52.0×10-3.
