Objectiv To study and analyze the treatment effect of patients with hyperphosphatemia after hemodialysis through combined dialysis treatment with calcium acetate and physiological calcium. Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,a total of 60 patients with hyperphosphatemia after hemodialysis were randomly selected as the research target. The 60 patients were randomly divided into observation groups(n=30)and the control group(n=30).Patients who were treated with calcium carbonate and physiological calcium for combined dialysis were included in the control group, and patients who were treated with calcium acetate and physiological calcium for combined treatment were included in the observation group.Compare the total effective rate of treatment of patients and compare the comparison of adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was significantly improved, reaching 96.7%(29/30).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of patients in the control group has also been improved, but it is lower than the observation group, only 70.0%(21/30),which is statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through combined dialysis with calcium acetate and physiological calcium, patients with hyperphosphatemia after hemodialysis have a significant improvement in the total effective rate of treatment and the treatment effect is significant.
