摘要
试验研究不同添加剂对35~45日龄肉仔鸡生长发育及日粮养分消化率的影响。选用健康1日龄哈巴德肉仔鸡1800只,随机分成3组,依次为对照组、中草药组及脆弱拟杆菌组,每组4个重复,每个重复150只。结果表明:中草药和脆弱拟杆菌提高了日粮蛋白质和能量的表观消化率;脆弱拟杆菌增加了小肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶和蛋白酶的活性。综合以上结果可知,脆弱拟杆菌对改善肉仔鸡的生长发育、提高肠道酶活性和日粮养分消化率的效果更好。
The experiment studied the effect of different additives on the growth and development and dietary nutrient digestibility of broilers aged 35 to 45 days.In the experiment,1800 healthy 1-day-old Habard broilers were randomly divided into three groups,followed by a control group,a Chinese herbal medicine group and a Bacteroides fragilis group,with four replicates in each group and 150 broilers in each replicates.The results showed that:Chinese herbal medicine and Bacteroides fragilis increased the apparent digestibility of dietary protein and energy;Bacteroides fragilis increased the activity of intestinal amylase,lipase and protease.Based on the above results,Bacteroides fragilis had a better effect on promoting the growth and development,intestinal enzyme activity and dietary nutrient digestibility of broilers.
