摘要
发展林下经济,是为进一步探索拓宽农民增收渠道、加快新农村建设步伐这一现实而确立的一项重要决策。山西省临县实施扶贫攻坚以来,创新思维,在改善生态环境的同时,大力发展林下经济,立足于生态产业化、产业生态化目标,探索出了在脱贫攻坚的一个战场打赢生态建设和扶贫攻坚两场攻坚战的转型发展之路,改善了生态环境,增加了农民收入,较好地践行和诠释了习总书记提出的“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理论。
The development of forest economy is an important strategy to further broaden the channels for farmers to increase income and accelerate the pace of new rural construction.Since Lin County,Shanxi Province implemented poverty alleviation,innovative thinking,while improving the ecological environment,vigorously develop the forest economy.Based on the goals of ecological industrialization and industrial ecology,it has explored the transformation and development path of ecological construction and poverty alleviation,improved the ecological environment and increased farmers’income.It perfectly implements and interprets the theory that“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”proposed by President Xi.
