摘要
目的采用数据挖掘技术分析中医药治疗支架术后的用药规律。方法通过计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)及手动检索各大心脏病会议文献,获得中医药治疗冠心病病人支架术后的临床研究。严格按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献。运用IBM modeler14.1软件的Apriori算法对药物组合进行关联规则挖掘。结果99个文献共纳入99个药方,中药121味,使用频次795次,用药味数排在前3类的分别是活血化瘀药、补气药、理气药。结论通过数据挖掘分析,发现中医药治疗冠心病支架术后以活血化瘀药、补气药、理气药为主,与冠心病支架术后病机多为血瘀寒凝、气血亏虚、虚实夹杂之证相吻合。
Objective To analyze prescription rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease after stenting by data mining methods.Methods The literatures were retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database and Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Full-Text Database(VIP)and major heart disease conference documents were retrieved by manual search to obtain the clinical results of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease after stenting.The literatures were screened with strict inclusion and exclusion criteria.Association Rules for drug combinations were used by Apriori algorithm using IBM modeler14.1.Results Ninety-nine prescriptions were included in the 99 literatures,involving 121 Chinese herbs which were used 795 times.Among them,the top three kinds of Chinese medicine were the drugs of activating blood and resolving stasis,qi-tonifying,and regulating qi.Conclusion By data mining methods,Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease after stenting were the drugs of activating blood and resolving stasis,qi-tonifying,and regulating qi,which was consistent with the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease after stenting.The main pathogenesis of coronary heart disease after stenting could be summarized as blood stasis and cold coagulation,qi and blood deficiency,mostly virtual reality.
