摘要
兰州市地方本科院校L高校在学前教育专业学科专业建设中,借鉴成果导向(OBE)教育理念,紧扣《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》和《教师教育课程标准(试行)》要求,进行了实践教学体系的改革。通过构建三级循环实践模式、校地合作共建实践基地、丰富教师驻园经验等形式,推进了实践课程有效实施。同时基于实践教学体系运行状况,提出建立实践共同体、整合实践教学资源、支持教师能力提升与多元实践有机融合的思考建议。
In the discipline construction of preschool education,learning from the concept of Outcomes-based Education(OBE),L University of Lanzhou,a local undergraduate institution has carried out the reform of the practical teaching system in accordance with the requirements of the professional standards for kindergarten teachers(Trial)and the curriculum standards for teacher education(Trial).By constructing three-level circular practice mode,co-establishing practice base based on cooperation between locality and university,and enriching the experience of teachers in the kindergarten and other forms,the effective implementation of practice curriculum has been promoted.Based on the operation of practical teaching system,some suggestions are put forward to establish a practical community,integrate practical teaching resources,support the improvement of teachers'ability and the organic integration of multiple practice.
