In the emergency plan of public network,multi-channel aggregation technology and high-throughput satellite technology are used to realize broadband transmission over public network for carrying high-definition video and other emergency data,improving the quality of onsite emergency communication and providing rich and objective decision-making basis for emergency command to gain more rapid response.
