摘要
当前,超细搅拌磨广泛应用于矿物加工领域,其应用极大促进了超细粉体的发展。本文基于fluent软件建立超细搅拌磨三维数值模型,分析了超细搅拌磨的内部流场特性,获得了流场的速度分布和湍流强度的分布规律,研究了不同转速对湍流强度的影响规律。研究结果对于开发新型超细搅拌磨设计和运行具有指导意义。
At present,the ultra-fine stirring mill is widely used in the field of mineral processing,and its application greatly promotes the development of ultra-fine powder.In this paper,a three-dimensional numerical model of the ultra-fine stirring mill is established based on the fluent software,the internal flow field characteristics of the ultra-fine stirring mill are analyzed,the velocity distribution of the flow field and the distribution of turbulence intensity are obtained,and the influence of different speeds on turbulence intensity is studied.The research results have guiding significance for the development of the design and operation of a new type of ultrafine stirring mill.
