摘要
目的:比较Gamma 3和Intertan髓内钉治疗AO 31-A3型股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床效果。方法:抽取2016年3月至2019年3月大同市第三人民医院进行髓内固定手术收治的110例AO 31-A3型股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,其中62例采用Gamma 3髓内钉内固定治疗(Gamma 3组),48例采用Intertan髓内钉内固定治疗(Intertan组),比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及术后12个月髋关节功能评分及并发症情况。结果:两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术后12个月髋关节功能的Harris评分以及并发症发生情况比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),Gamma 3组患者出血量低于Intertan组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Intertan髓内钉内固定治疗AO 31-A3型股骨粗隆间骨折患者,术中出血量较Gamma 3髓内钉多,两种方式治疗均有效。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of Gamma 3 and Intertan intramedullary nail in the treatment of AO 31-A3 intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods From March 2016 to March 2019,110 patients with AO 31-A3 Intertrochanteric fracture of femur treated by intramedullary fixation in the Third People's Hospital of Datong were selected as the study object,among them,62 cases were treated with Gamma 3 intramedullary nail(Gamma 3 group),48 cases were treated with Intertan intramedullary nail(intertan group).The operative time,intraoperative bleeding volume,hospitalization time,hip function score 12 months after operation and complications of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in operative time,length of hospital stay,Harris score of hip function 12 months after operation,and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of bleeding in patients treated with Gamma type 3 intramedullary nail was lower than that of the patients.The difference was statistically significant in patients treated with Intertan internal fixation(P<0.05).Conclusions In patients with AO 31-A3 intertrochanteric fractures,the amount of bleeding during Intertan intramedullary nailing was higher than that of Gamma 3 intramedullary nails.In addition,the two treatments are effective.
