焊枪偏转对电弧增材制造搭接熔积电弧形态影响的仿真模拟 被引量:3

Simulation of effect of welding torch tilt on arc shape of overlapping deposition of wire arc additive manufacturing

摘要 针对电弧增材制造搭接熔积不对称的熔积空间导致的非对称电弧形态、等离子流态以及差的气体保护效果,提出了采用焊枪偏转的方式对搭接熔积非对称电弧形态进行调控,并建立搭接熔积电弧的三维数值模型,模拟了普通搭接熔积和3种焊枪偏转角度情况的搭接熔积电弧。数值模拟结果表明,焊枪偏转10°、20°和30°对搭接熔积电弧不对称的温度场和压强分布均有影响。其中焊枪偏转10°和20°对保护气流“内陷”现象均有改善作用,焊枪偏转20°对电弧温度场、压强分布以及保护气的平衡效果最佳,而焊枪偏转30°使气体保护效果变差。数值模拟的电弧形貌与实验拍摄的电弧形貌照片吻合良好。 Aiming at the asymmetric arc shape,asymmetric plasma flow and the poor gas shielding effect caused by the asymmetric deposition space of overlapping deposition of wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)process,this paper put forward using a welding torch tilt method to adjust the asymmetrical arc shape and plasma flow of overlapping deposition,and a three-dimensional numerical model of overlapping deposition arc was established to simulate the conventional overlapping deposition and three kinds of welding torch tilt overlapping deposition.The numerical simulation results show that the welding torch tilt of 10°,20°and 30°has an effect on the asymmetric temperature field and pressure distribution of overlapping deposition arc.When the angles of welding torch tilt are 10°and 20°,the‘invagination'of the shielding gas flow is improved,and when the welding torch tilt angle is 20°,the balance effect of the arc temperature field,pressure field and shielding gas are optimal,but the gas shielding effect becomes worse when the angle of welding torch tilt is 30°.The simulated arc morphology is in good agreement with the experimental arc morphology.
