摘要
文中选取了我国8个快递企业和以北京地区为主的消费者为研究对象,从快递包装生产商、快递企业、电子商务企业、消费者4个主体构建快递行业共享包装盒的运营模式,运用文献研究法、调查法对共享包装盒的市场环境进行综合分析与评价。结果显示,虽然大部分消费者支持快递包装盒的循环利用,但快递企业缺乏回收包装盒模式和制度,快递包装盒的回收率仍然较低。进而,文中分析了快递行业使用包装过程中存在的问题和共享包装盒的运营模式中的关键构成要素,以此为依据提出了一些可行性策略,并设计了共享包装盒及其运营模式,试图为未来快递行业包装的循环利用提供新思路,以缓解快递包装污染的问题。
This paper,selecting 8 Chinese express enterprises and hundreds of consumers in Beijing as research objects,confirms that though most consumers support the recycling of express packages,a sound recycling mode and system is lacking,and recycling rate is low,through utilizing a series of researching methods to analyze and evaluate market conditions of Shared Packaging,and establishing the operation model of Shared Packaging in express industry with four main bodies-package manufacturers,express enterprises,e-commerce companies and consumers.Continually,the article analyzes the problems existing in the express industry and the key elements in the operational model of Shared Packaging,and then puts forward some feasible strategies.Shared Packaging is likely to provide a novel way for the recycling of packaging in future,so as to alleviate the pollution of express packaging.
