炼钢厂降低铁合金消耗的工艺措施 被引量:1

摘要 针对影响某炼钢厂脱氧合金工艺的因素进行分析;通过采取优化转炉终点控制、底吹元件在线快换技术、滑板出钢挡渣技术、窄成分控制、合金替代、产线协同、管理提升等措施,各项技术经济指标得到改善;转炉终点C含量由0.06%提高到0.08%,终渣TFe含量降低2%,降低脱氧铝消耗0.3 kg/t、窄成分控制率达到了98%以上,合金成本降低6元/t左右,合金消耗有效挖潜,达到了降本增效目的。 The factors influencing deoxidizing alloy process in a steel-making plant are analyzed.The technical and economic indicators have been improved by optimizing converter end point control,on-line quick change technology of bottom blowing components,slag blocking technology of slide plate tapping,narrow component control,alloy substitution,production line coordination and management improvement.The results show that the end-point C content of converter is increased from 0.06%to 0.08%,the content of final slag is reduced by 2%,the deoxidized aluminum consumption is reduced by 0.3 kg/t,the narrow composition control rate is over 98%,and the alloy cost is reduced by about 6 Yuan/t.The potential of alloy consumption is effectively tapped,and the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency is achieved.
