摘要
高校仪器设备报废处置处理工作是仪器管理的重要环节,也是高校资产管理各项审计评估的重要指标。设备报废原因除更新换代、自然折旧等客观因素外,还可能存在管理不善、使用效率过低等主观因素。按照流程分析了仪器设备处置处理的各个节点,从技术鉴定论证、调剂调拨平台公示,到报废再利用平台公示等环节;结合吉林大学拓展性工作经验,多渠道、多维度开展设备再利用工作。通过维修配件、拆装教学、社会实践、校史展览、合作办学和建立开放实验室等多种手段,物尽其用,全方位提高设备资产的生命周期和使用效益。
The scrap disposal of equipment is an important part of instrument management and an important index for the audit evaluation of assets management.In addition to the objective factors such as upgrading and natural depreciation,there may be subjective factors such as poor management and low application efficiency.According to the flow analysis of the equipment disposal and treatment of each node,from the technical appraisal of the demonstration,this paper analyzesthe transfer platform publicity,the scrapping reuse platform publicity and other links.Combined with the extension work experience of Jilin University,multi-channel and multi-dimension equipment reuse work is carried out.Through various means such as repairing accessories,disassembly and teaching,social practice,school history exhibitions,cooperation in running schools,and establishing open laboratories,the use of materials is made to the best of its ability to improve the life cycle and use efficiency of equipment assets in an all-round way.
