摘要
高校二级学院是学校管理的基层单位,也是学校管理工作的核心。会务工作是学院办公室的主要工作之一,每一个会议的召开都展示了办公室的工作水平。文章就如何提升高校二级学院办公室的会务工作水平进行了探究,在会务工作中引进精细化管理思想,以提高会务管理的专业性和服务性。
Secondary colleges of a university are the basic units and the core of university management.Meeting organization is one of the main tasks of the administration office and each meeting demonstrates the working level of the office.This article explores how to improve the level of meeting organization in the secondary colleges of a university and how to realize meticulous management to improve the professionalism and serviceability of the meeting organization.
