摘要
文章介绍了一种智能太阳能充电控制器,在传统的太阳能控制器上进行部分改进,创新研发新的智能控制器。软件方面,采用最大功率点追踪算法(MPPT)和蓄电池充放电算法,来提高蓄电池的充电效率;硬件部分,通过STM32单片机嵌入式系统及外围电路,实现MPPT充电控制、蓄电池能量管理、蓄电池过压、过流、防反接保护功能设计,同时,利用WiFi模块,实现手机APP远程监测、远程管理设备的功能,使得该设备具有充电效率高、充电安全可靠性高、物联网远程检测管理等优点。
This paper introduces an intelligent solar charging controller,which is partially improved on the traditional solar energy controller,and innovates and develops a new intelligent controller.On the software side,the maximum power point tracking algorithm(MPPT)and battery charge and discharge algorithm are used to improve the charging efficiency of the battery;the hardware part realizes the MPPT charging control,battery energy management,battery overvoltage,overcurrent and anti-background protection function design by STM32 the embedded system and peripheral circuit of single chip microcomputer,at the same time,the WiFi module is used to realize the function of remote monitoring and remote management equipment APP mobile phone,which makes the equipment have the function of the equipment It has the advantages of high charging efficiency,high charging safety and reliability,and remote detection management of Internet of Things.
