摘要
农村股份经济合作社是农村集体产权改革的重大创新和主要形式,是新时期推动农业现代化、实现农民增收、促进地区经济发展的新型农村集体经济管理组织。通过实地调研,围绕北京市农村股份经济合作社的改革方式、产业发展、收入、盈余分配、制度建设、社员满意度等方面,剖析北京市农村股份经济合作社发展中存在的政经不分、内外部监督机制不完善、专业性人才缺乏、融资渠道较为单一、产业特色不够突出、财务风险控制体系不完善等问题,并据此提出了相应的对策建议。
Rural stock cooperatives is a major innovation and main form of rural collective property rights reform, and it is a new type of rural collective economic management organization promoting agricultural modernization, increasing farmers’ income, and enhancing regional economic development in the new era.Through field investigations, centering on the reform methods, industrial development, income, surplus distribution, system construction, and member satisfaction of Beijing rural cooperative economic cooperatives,issues existing in the development of Beijing rural cooperative economic cooperatives were analyzed, such as political and economic mutual disrupted, imperfect internal and external supervision mechanisms, lack of professional talents, single financing channels, insufficient industrial characteristics, imperfect financial risk control system and so on. Finally, corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
