摘要
减振器作为汽车悬架系统的重要部件,起着减缓冲击降低振动、保护车身的重要作用。减振器失效将对汽车的平顺性和操纵稳定性有较大影响。判断减振器的失效形式,对于减振器的设计优化与质量管理具有重要作用。研究减振器失效判别机制,提出基于性能追溯的减振器示功面积单元模糊集识别法,建立减振器失效特征样本库,通过与样本库匹配,判别失效形式。采用LabVIEW软件平台,开发减振器失效判别系统。减振器失效判别试验结果表明,减振器失效判别系统能够有效判断减振器的失效形式。
One of the most important parts of the suspension system is the shock absorber,which plays an important role in slowing down the impact,reducing the vibration and protecting the body.The failure of the shock absorber will have a great influence on the ride comfort and handling stability of the car.It is important to judge the failure mode of shock absorber for design optimization and quality control.The failure discrimination mechanism of shock absorber was researched,and a fuzzy set recognition method for the power area unit of shock absorber was proposed based on performance tracing.The failure feature database of shock absorbers was established.By matching with the database,the failure mode was identified.LabVIEW software platform was used to develop a failure discrimination system of the shock absorbers.The results show that the system can be used to effectively judge the failure form of shock absorber.
