摘要
本文采用文献资料调研、录像观察法、专家咨询等方法对新疆短道速滑运动员1000m滑行技术进行了研究。结果表明:(1)新疆短道速滑运动员在1000m比赛中,取得理想比赛成绩的运动员普遍在第1圈超越次数最多,在第6圈超越次数最少,在第6圈之后,又会再次呈现出逐渐增多的态势。(2)在短道速滑1000m比赛的前半程,运动员滑行圈的时间表现为1/4赛最快,B组决赛最慢。在后半程,则为A组决赛最快,1/4赛最慢。(3)新疆短道速滑运动员在1000m比赛中,女子短道速滑运动员在前7圈中的竞争激烈程度要比低于男子。并基于此分析了周期训练结合的安排中的要点问题。以期能够为新疆短道速滑技术训练工作的科学、高效开展提供参考。
By using the methods of literature research,video observation and expert consultation,this paper studies the 1000m taxiing technology of Xinjiang short track speed skaters.The results show that:(1)In the 1000m race,Xinjiang short track speed skaters generally have the most times of surpassing in the first lap and the least times of surpassing in the sixth lap.After the sixth lap,they will show a gradually increasing trend again.(2)In the first half of the 1000m short track speed skating competition,the time of the skater’s circle is the fastest in 1/4 of the competition and the slowest in the final of group B.In the second half,it is the fastest in group a final and the slowest in 1/4.(3)In the 1000m race of Xinjiang short track speed skaters,the competition intensity of women’s Short Track Speed Skaters in the first 7 laps is lower than that of men’s.Based on this,this paper analyzes the key points in the arrangement of the combination of periodic training.In order to provide reference for the scientific and efficient development of Xinjiang short track speed skating technical training.
