摘要
目的探讨职业健康体检在噪声聋防治中的应用价值。方法选取2017年9月至2018年12月于莞市东城医院进行体检的3738名噪声岗位工作人员作为研究对象。针对工作人员展开职业健康体检,就体检结果进行分析,并针对噪声聋患者采取对应防治措施,就干预效果进行分析。结果在3738名工作人员中,最终检出噪声聋患者13例。干预后,噪声聋患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对噪声岗位工作人员展开职业健康体检可明确噪声聋患者,予以针对性干预措施后,可有效改善噪声聋患者的心理状况及睡眠状况。
Objective To investigate the application value of occupational health examination in the prevention and treatment of noise deafness.Methods A total of 3738 noise post staff were selected from September 2017 to December 2018.The occupational health examination was carried out for the staff,the results of the physical examination were analyzed,and the corresponding prevention and treatment measures were taken for the patients with noise deafness,and the intervention effect was analyzed.Results Of the 3738 staff,13 patients with noise deafness were detected.the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)in patients with noise deafness after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The occupational health examination of noise workers can identify the patients with noise deafness.After targeted intervention,it can effectively improve the psychological and sleep status of the patients with noise deafness.
