摘要
目的探讨分娩球结合自由体位在初产妇助产护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月于铁岭市中心医院产科进行助产分娩的108例初产妇,根据分娩时间先后分为对照组和试验组,每组54例。对照组实施常规助产护理,试验组实施分娩球结合自由体位助产护理,比较两组助产护理效果。结果试验组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组产后出血量明显少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组分娩疼痛分级明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组阴道分娩率明显高于对照组,剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组初产妇对助产护理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分娩球结合自由体位在初产妇助产护理中的应用效果明显优于常规护理,能有效减轻分娩疼痛,缩短总产程,并减少产后出血量,进而改善妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the application effect of delivery ball combined with free position in primipara midwifery nursing.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,108 primiparas who delivered midwifery in the department of obstetrics of Tieling central hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to delivery time,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine midwifery nursing,and the experimental group was given delivery ball combined with free position midwifery nursing.Results The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the neonatal Apgar score was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The delivery pain grade of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the vaginal delivery rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of primipara in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of delivery ball combined with free body position in primipara midwifery nursing is obviously better than conventional nursing,which can effectively reduce labor pain,shorten the total labor process,and reduce postpartum hemorrhage,so as to improve the pregnancy outcome.
