摘要
数字经济俨然已经成为世界经济增长的新动能,文章对俄罗斯数字经济规划及其发展目标进行简要剖析,并结合与我国通信前沿重点领域研究现状进行了关联比对,主要包括5G、物联网等重点数字经济领域发展政策、5G及物联网等重点行业发展现状等方面。以期通过前瞻性及关注点的研究为我国数字经济领域发展的政策制定提供参考及启示。
The digital economy has become new driving forces for world economic growth.In this paper a brief introduction to the Russian digital economy program and its development goals is established,and a correlation comparison with the research status of key fi elds in China's communication frontier is made,including development policies in key digital economy fi elds such as 5G and the Internet of Things,and development status of key industries such as 5G and the Internet of Things.This paper aims to provide reference and enlightenment for China's digital economy development policy through the forward-looking and concerns research.
