摘要
轨道交通用电力电子电容器体积小、设计场强高、预期寿命长,应用工况复杂、环境恶劣。为保障车辆安全可靠运行,对原型电容器进行了长时加速老化试验并推演其预期寿命,对运行480万公里后的电容器参数实测数据进行了研究分析。通过研究证实轨道交通用电力电子电容器安全可靠,寿命长,并论证了进一步提升维修间隔的可能性。
Power electronic capacitor for rail transit has such advantages as small size,high designed field strength,long prospective life and is suitable for application in complicated conditions and severe environment.To ensure safe and reliable operation of vehicles,the long time accelerated aging test is performed on the prototype capacitor and its life expectancy is deduced.The actually measured data of capacitor after operation of 4.8 million kilometers is studied and analyzed.It is proved throughout study that the capacitor for rail transit is safe and reliable and has long life.Moreover,the feasibility of improving maintenance interval is validated further.
