摘要
制动夹钳单元是铁路车辆空气制动的执行机构,是保证车辆正常运行的关键部件,其性能和功能直接影响到列车制动系统状态,在保证车辆的安全性方面具有重要作用。通用型制动夹钳单元试验台可通过调整机械结构检测不同类型的制动夹钳单元,用于检测制动夹钳单元的强度试验、气密性、缓解间隙、一次伸长量、总调整量、输出力、制动效率等试验项点。主要由机械系统、气动系统、电气及控制系统组成,能够对制动夹钳进行全自动检测,且具有存储和打印数据报告功能。
Brake caliper is the actuator of air brake for railway vehicles,which is the key component of normal operation of vehicles.Its performance and function directly affect the state of the train brake system,and plays an important role in ensuring the safety of vehicles.The universal brake caliper test bench can detect different types of brake clamp units by adjusting the mechanical structure,which is used to detect the strength test,air tightness,clearance,primary elongation,total adjustment,output force,braking efficiency and other test points of brake caliper.It is mainly composed of mechanical system,air system,electrical system and control system,which can automatically detect the brake caliper,and has the function of storing and printing data reports.
