摘要
考察了凡口锌精矿氧压浸出中,氧压、硫酸浓度、浸出时间、木质素磺酸钠添加量、Cu^2+浓度对Ga、Ge浸出率的影响,结合锌精矿、浸出渣的工艺矿物学分析,揭示了Ga、Ge难以浸出的主要原因。结果表明,凡口锌精矿中Ge的主要伴生矿物为闪锌矿、方铅矿;而Ga主要伴生于闪锌矿、黄铁矿、石英等矿物中。在浸出过程中,黄铁矿、石英等为难溶矿物,与其伴生的Ga、Ge较难浸出;另外,部分浸出液中的Ga、Ge会随PbSO4,CaSO4和SiO2等新形成的矿物共沉淀进入到浸出渣中。在此基础上,通过优化工艺条件,Zn、Fe、Ga、Ge的浸出率最高分别可达98.33%、88.16%、97.00%、93.05%。
The oxygen pressure leaching of zinc sulfide concentrate was carried out to investigate the effects of oxygen pressure,leaching time,sulfuric acid concentration and Cu^2+ concentration on the leaching behaviors of gallium and germanium.On top of that,zinc sulfide concentrate and leaching residue were mineralogically characterized and the results showed that the main germanium-bearing minerals in the sample were sphalerite and galena,whereas the gallium-bearing minerals were pyrite,sphalerite and silica.Pyrite and quartz were both refractory mineral,and in leaching process,their associated mineral gallium and germanium were difficult to leach.In addition,some new precipitates,such as PbSO4,CaSO4 and SiO2 together with a certain amount of gallium and germanium from the leach solution co-precipitated in leach residues.On this basis,through optimization of technological conditions,the leaching of Zn,Fe,Ge and Ga reached 98.33%,88.16%,97.00% and 93.05%,respectively.
