摘要
采用计算流体力学方法,研究在不同位置开射流口的环量控制方法对S809翼型气动性能的影响,研究发现,当Re=1×10~6,射流口高度h=0.2%c(c为翼型弦长)时,不同攻角下,射流口位于75%c处,控制效果优于70%c、80%c、90%c处,其中在18°攻角下,升阻比相比原始S809翼型最大可提高51%;在此基础上研究了射流口位于75%c时,不同射流高度对S809翼型气动性能的影响,发现射流口高度为0.1%c时,控制效果较好,且耗能最小。
In this paper,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technique has been used to analyze the effects of different parameters on the aerodynamic performance of S809 airfoil with circulation flow control.When the Reynolds number(Re)was equal to 1×106 and the height of injection jet hole was 0.2%c,the results suggested that the optimal position of the injection jet hole was at 75%c where the flow control using circulation jet at the trailing edge of airfoil appears most effective over a wide range of angle of attack compared to other position at 70%c,80%c and 90%c.It is found that the lift to drag ratio of the S809 airfoil with Coanda jet circulation control can be increased by 51%compared to that of a conventional S809 airfoil at 18°angle of attack.In addition,when the injection jet hole was placed at 75%c,the influence of different heights of injection jet hole on the aerodynamic performance of S809 airfoil was also studied.The optimal height is found to be 0.1%c at which the circulation jet-based flow control is most effective and the minimum amount of power consumed by the jet can be required.
