摘要
目的探讨独活寄生汤联合西药治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法选取医院2018年8月-2019年6月收治的92例原发性骨质疏松症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组加强营养、充足日照、规律运动,碳酸钙维D3元素片,1片/次,1次/d,饭后服用;阿仑膦酸钠,70 mg/次,1次/周,连续治疗3个月。观察组在对照组基础上加用独活寄生汤加减,水煎300 mL,1剂/d,早晚分服,连续治疗3个月。观测两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)、血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)及Ⅰ型胶原羟基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTx)。结果总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中医证候积分两组均有降低,观察组低于照组低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组ALP、BGP、TRACP、β-CTx水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后ALP、BGP水平升高,TRACP、β-CTx水平降低,且观察组较对照组变化显著(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤联合西药治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效分析,可提高治疗效果,改善临床症状,改善骨代谢,值得推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with western medicine on primary osteoporosis.Methods 92 patients with primary osteoporosis admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 46 cases in each group.In the control group,nutrition,sufficient sunshine and regular exercise were strengthened,vitamin D3 element tablet of calcium carbonate was taken once a day after meals;alendronate sodium,70 mg/time,once a week,for three months.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated by Duhuo Jisheng decoction(300 mL,1 dose/d)for 3 months.The clinical effect,TCM syndrome score,ALP,BGP,TRACP and β-CTX of type I collagen were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALP and BGP increased,the levels of TRACP and β-CTX decreased,and the change of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis of the therapeutic effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with western medicine on primary osteoporosis can improve the therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms and bone metabolism.
