叶绿体DNA条形码在林木中的应用及研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 叶绿体基因组含有丰富的遗传信息,分子量小、结构简单,进化速率中等、突变率较低、遗传稳定,多被用于物种鉴定、物种的系统发育关系研究及物种间亲缘关系分析,也被用于分子谱系地理学和物种起源等研究。叶绿体基因组主要分为编码序列和非编码序列(包括内含子和间隔区),两者进化速率差异显著,适用于不同阶元的系统发育及分类研究。本研究主要对叶绿体基因组的编码序列rbc L、mat K基因、间隔区psb A-trn H、trn L-trn F等基因及内含子rpl16、rps16、trn L等应用于林木系统发育、亲缘关系分析及分子谱系地理学等方面研究进展进行了概述,提出了当前叶绿体DNA条形码在林木应用中存在的问题,并对今后叶绿体条形码在林木中的应用前景进行了展望。 The chloroplast genome is rich in genetic information,It has the characteristics of moderate evolution-ary rate,small molecular weight,simple structure,low mutation rate,and genetic stability.It is often used for species identification,phylogenetic analysis and relationship analysis of species,and is also used for research on molecular geography and the origin of species.The evolution rate of chloroplast genomes is different from that of non-coding genomes(including intron and interval region),and it can be applied to the systematic development and classification of different levels.In this paper,the advances in the research of the coding region rbcL,matK gene,interval region psbA-trnH,trnL-trnF gene and intron rpl16,rps16,trnL applied to forest system development,phy-logenetic analysis and molecular lineage geography were summarized.The problems existing in the application of leaf green DNA barcode in forest were put forward,and the prospect of the application of leaf green bar code in forest was also discussed.
