摘要
针对特厚煤层工作面条件和采煤机摇臂行星机构的具体故障现象,从宏观上分析了故障原因,建立了数学模型,并对故障螺栓进行了受力分析。从理论上解释了采煤机行星机构的真正损坏原因,最后提出了改进方法和建议。
In view of the working conditions of the extra thick coal seam and the specific fault phenomenon of the planet mechanism of rocker arm on shearer,the cause of the fault from the macroscopic point of view has been analyzed,the mathematical model has been established,and the stress of the fault bolt has been analyzed.The damage reason of the planet mechanism of the coal cutter has been explained in theory,and finally the improvement method and suggestions have been put forward.
