摘要
为充分发挥分布式电源技术在电力工业低碳化发展中的积极作用,计及分布式电源与电网间的交互作用,以发展低碳经济为目标,建立分布式电源与配网分层协调规划模型。上层模型计及规划方案,对分布式电源和配网网架进行联合规划,建立网架CO2排放量最少、配网等年值成本最小、系统电压稳定性最优和可靠性最高的多目标规划模型;下层模型计及运行方案,以清洁能源最大利用为目标。为寻求平衡多目标的最优规划方案,采用改进的粒子群优化算法和Kruskal算法对所提模型联合求解,通过改进的IEEE 33节点算例仿真模拟,将仿真结果与未考虑低碳效应的规划方案以及多目标规划方案进行对比分析,验证了所提模型的有效性,为面向低碳经济的配电网规划提供了新思路。
In order to give full play to the positive role of distributed generation technology in the development of low-carbon power industry,this paper considers the interaction between distributed generation and power grid,and establishes a hierarchical coordination planning model of distributed generation and distribution network with the goal of developing low-carbon economy.The upper model jointly plans the distributed generation and distribution network,and establishes a multi-objective programming model with minimum CO2 emission,minimum annual cost of distribution network,optimal system voltage stability and highest reliability.The lower model takes into account the operation plan,aiming at maximizing the utilization of clean energy.In order to find the optimal planning scheme with balanced multi-objective,the improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm and Kruskal algorithm are used to solve the proposed model jointly.Through comparison of the results of improved IEEE 33-node simulation and the simulation without considering the effect of low carbon planning and multi-objective programming schemes,the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified.The study provides a new idea for the planning of distribution network towards low-carbon economy.
