摘要
目的分析性别、发育阶段、垂直骨面型、骨性错[牙合]类型等因素对错[牙合]畸形青少年下颌前牙唇侧牙槽骨厚度影响的规律。方法选取149例未接受正畸治疗的错[牙合]畸形青少年患者,在正中矢状面,对下颌前牙唇侧牙槽骨厚度进行锥形束CT测量,根据性别、颈椎成熟指数、垂直骨面型、骨性错[牙合]类型进行分组分析。结果在发育末期,骨性Ⅱ类根中平面唇侧下前牙牙槽骨厚度小于骨性Ⅲ类,骨性Ⅲ类根尖平面下前牙牙槽骨厚度小于骨性Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类(P<0.05);发育末期骨性Ⅱ类的根尖平面唇侧下前牙牙槽骨厚度小于发育中期与早期(P<0.05);骨性Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类的高角型根中、根尖平面唇侧下前牙牙槽骨厚度小于均角、低角型(P<0.05);在发育早、中、末期高角型根中、根尖平面唇侧下前牙牙槽骨厚度小于均角、低角型(P<0.05)。结论处于发育期不同阶段错[牙合]畸形患者下前牙唇侧牙槽骨厚度存在差异,垂直骨面型与错[牙合]畸形患者的下前牙唇侧牙槽骨厚度存在相关性。
Objective To explore the rules of the effect of different genders,growing periods,vertical skeletal patterns,classification of malocclusion on the thickness of mandibular alveolar bone in anterior area in adolescents.Methods One hundred and forty-nine adolescents with ClassⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲskeletal malocclusion and different vertical skeletal patterns were enrolled.The thickness of mandibular alveolar bone in anterior area was explored by CBCT.The groups were divided and analyzed according to the gender,cervical maturation index,vertical skeletal pattern,and classification of malocclusion.Results At the end of development,the buccal bone thickness of the mandibular anterior teeth of the skeletal ClassⅡwas less than that of the skeletal ClassⅢin root plane,and the thickness of the mandibular anterior alveolar bone of the skeletal ClassⅢwas less than that of the skeletal ClassⅠand ClassⅡin apical plane(P<0.05).The buccal bone thickness of the mandibular anterior teeth of skeletal ClassⅡin apical plane at the end of growing period was less than that in the middle and early stages of growing period(P<0.05).The buccal bone thickness of the mandibular anterior teeth of skeletal ClassⅡand ClassⅢhigh-angle middle root and apical plane was less than the average angle and low angle types(P<0.05).In the early,middle and end stages of high angle individuals,the buccal bone thickness of the mandibular anterior teeth was less than the average angle and low angle ones in middle root and apical planes(P<0.05).Conclusion The thickness of buccal mandibular alveolar bone in anterior area in malocclusion individuals varies in different growth and development phases of adolescence,skeletal malocclusion types and vertical skeletal pattern.Vertical skeletal pattern is correlated with the thickness of mandibular alveolar bone in anterior area.
