摘要
以西安石油大学焊接技术与工程专业为研究对象,针对目前焊接专业人才培养需求多元化问题,建立了“2+1+1+X”面向工程应用的国际化焊接技术创新人才培养模式,优化了培养方案及课程体系,尝试学历培育和国际焊接工程师认证的新型人才培养模式,展开面向工程运用的焊接技术人才培养模式创造实践。结果证明此模式培养的学生具有一定的创新意识、动手能力、国际视野和综合竞争能力,满足了社会的一定需求。
Taking the welding technology and engineering major of Xi'an Petroleum University as the research object,aiming at the diversification of the demand for the training of welding professionals at present,this paper establishes the training model of international welding technology innovation talents oriented to engineering application,optimizes the training scheme and curriculum system,and tries to cultivate a new talent training model of academic qualifications and international welding engineer certification,carrying out the practice of creating the training model of welding technology talents for engineering application.The results show that the cultivated students have certain innovative consciousness,practical ability,international vision and comprehensive competitiveness.It partly meets the needs of society.
