摘要
交通标志标线作为向出行者传递交通管理信息载体,国标虽对其设置原则做了统一指导,但其设置原则存在较大弹性,难以满足各城市实际管理措施和道路环境品质化要求。通过以深圳为例,借鉴国际先进经验,基于国标对路权标志等4种交通标志和网状线等2种交通标线设置原则进行深化研究,以功能导向优化了交通标志标线设置原则,并在深圳进行了应用实践,初步验证了研究可行性。
As a carrier of traffic management information to travelers,traffic signs and markings have a unified guidance of national standards,but their setting principles are relatively flexible.Generally,signs and markings are set excessively or repeatedly,which is difficult to meet the actual management measures of cities and the quality requirements of road environment.By taking Shenzhen as an example,drawing lessons from the international advanced experience,based on the national standard,this paper makes a deep research on the setting principles of four traffic signs such as right of way signs and two traffic markings such as mesh lines,and optimizes the setting principles of traffic signs and markings with function orientation,and conducts a pilot practice in Shenzhen,preliminarily verifying the feasibility of the research.
