华东地区不同土地覆被上空NO2柱浓度变化特征

Spatial and Temporal Variations of Tropospheric NO Column Concentrations over Different Land Covers in East China

摘要 为探究1997-2017年华东地区不同土地覆盖上空对流层NO2柱浓度的变化特征,并评价中国环保"十二五"规划NOx减排政策在华东地区的实施效果,文章利用GOME、SCIAMACHY和GOME2A卫星遥感监测融合数据和土地覆盖数据,分析了华东地区和不同土地覆盖类型上空NO2柱浓度的时空变化特征。结果表明:华东地区北部和南部对流层NO2柱浓度差异显著,北部高南部低,NO2柱浓度的高值主要分布在山东和长三角等区域。对流层NO2柱浓度存在显著的周期性变化和季节性差异,冬季>秋季>春季>夏季。1997-2011年NO2柱浓度呈增高趋势,年均增长率为0.768×10^15molec/(cm^2·a),2012-2017年呈下降趋势,年均降低率为1.08×10^15molec/(cm^2·a)。不同土地覆盖类型上空对流层NO2柱浓度分布差异显著,其中建设用地、耕地和水域NO2柱浓度较高,建设用地显著高于其他土地覆盖类型,林地上空NO2柱浓度最低。1997-2011年各种土地覆盖类型上空NO2柱浓度均呈现增长趋势,其中建设用地增速最快,为1.24×10^15molec/(cm^2·a),林地增速最慢,为0.31×10^15molec/(cm^2·a)。中国NOx减排政策在华东地区的实施效果良好,在环保政策的影响下能够实现低NOx排放下区域经济的持续增长。 In order to explore spatial and temporal variations of tropospheric NO2 column concentration over different land covers in east China from 1997 to 2017,and evaluate the effect of China’s environmental protection"12 th Five-year Plan"NOXemission reduction policy implementation in east China,the research uses GOME,SCIAMACHY and GOME2 A satellite remote sensing monitoring fusion data and land cover data to analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics of NO2 column concentration over east China and different land cover types.The results show that there is a significant difference in tropospheric NO2 column concentration between the north and south.The high value of NO2 column concentration are mainly distributed over the region,such as Shandong and the Yangtze River Delta.There are significant periodic changes and seasonal differences in the tropospheric NO2 column concentration,and winter>autumn>spring>summer.The concentration of NO2 columns increased from 1997 to 2011,with an average annual growth rate of 0.768×10^15 molec/(cm^2·a),and a decline trend from 2012 to 2017,with an average annual decrease rate of 1.08×10^15 molec/(cm^2·a).The distribution of tropospheric NO2 column concentration is significantly different over different land cover types.Among them,the concentration of NO2 column in construction land,cultivated land and water area is higher,and the construction land is significantly higher than other land cover types.From 1997 to 2011,the concentration of NO2 columns over various land cover types showed an increasing trend.The fastest growth rate of construction land was 1.24×10^15 molec/(cm^2·a),and the slowest growth rate of forest land was0.31×10^15 molec/(cm^2·a).The implementation of NOxemission reduction policy in east China has a good effect,and under the influence of environmental protection policies,it can achieve sustained growth of the regional economy under low NOX emissions.
