摘要
众所周知,债转股可以整合处于财务困境企业的资源,是帮助其度过市场的难关并解决债务问题的一个重要手段。而债权方如何在最短的时间内迅速了解债务方的基本情况显得十分重要。要做到这一点,财务尽职调查是债转股的一项重要工作,是债转股工作能够顺利完成的前提。对债转股中财务尽职调查的关注点、方法是探讨的重点。
As is known to all,debt-to-equity swap is an important means to integrate the resources of enterprises in financial difficulties and help them overcome difficulties in the market and solve debts.It is very important for the creditor to understand the basic situation of the debtor in the shortest time.In order to achieve this,financial due diligence is an important work of the whole debt-equity swap or the entire debt-equity swap can be completed and successful premise.This paper will elaborate the focus method and content of financial due diligence in debtequity swap。
