E-Commerce and Household Consumption:A Literature Review

摘要 通过整理传统的经济因素和非经济因素对家庭消费影响的相关研究,从商家、平台和消费者以及传统渠道与线上渠道关系的角度分析电子商务相关研究。在此基础上,进一步整理电子商务对家庭消费影响的相关文献。发现有关电子商务促进消费的实证及影响机制的研究较少,且对于正在兴起的线上线下相结合的新零售模式,缺少证明双渠道的关系的实证研究。 his paper sorted out the research on the influence of traditional economic factors and non-economic factors on household consumption,and analyzed the research on e-commerce from the perspective of merchants,platforms and consumers,as well as the relationship between traditional channels and online channels.On this basis,the paper further sorted out the literature on the impact of e-commerce on household consumption.It is found that there are few empirical studies on the promotion of consumption by e-commerce and its influencing mechanism.For the emerging new retail models,there is also a lack of empirical studies on the relationship between online channel and offline channel.
