摘要
某核电厂SKF整体螺栓拉伸机(MSTM)在大修使用过程中发生空气压缩机频繁跳闸的故障,导致反应堆开关盖关键路径工作工期延长。通过分析电路图,结合现场排查,最终确定故障的根本原因,并有效地处理了跳闸故障,使空气压缩机运行恢复正常。
During the process of overhauling and using of SKF multi-stud tension machine(MSTM)in a nuclear power plant,the frequent trip fault of air compressor occurred,which resulted in the extension of critical path working period of reactor switch cover.Through the analysis of the circuit diagram,combined with on-site investigation,the root cause of the fault was finally determined,and the trip fault was effectively treated,so that the operation of air compressor returned to normal.
