摘要
研究生联合培养基地是培养研究生实践能力、创新能力及科研能力的重要场所。在推动渔业创新发展的新形势下,研究生联合培养基地建设必须适应渔业创新发展的需求,在绿色、生态、健康、创新的原则下,就目前研究生联合基地建设的作用出发,根据渔业创新发展需要,分析研究生联合培养基地建设的原则,在此基础上提出新常态下专业学位研究生联合培养基地建设的具体措施。
Joint postgraduate training base is an important place to cultivate postgraduates'practical ability,innovative ability and scientific research ability.Under the new situation of promoting fishery innovation and development,the construction of joint training base for postgraduates must meet the needs of fishery innovation and development.Based on the principles of green,ecological,healthy and innovative concepts,this paper analyses the construction of joint training base for postgraduates according to the needs of fishery innovation and development.On the basis of the principles,this paper puts forward the concrete measures for the construction of joint training base for professional degree postgraduates under the new normal conditions.
