摘要
在乡村振兴的背景下,基层乡村社区医疗机构对康复人才有巨大需求,针对乡村卫生振兴实际需求,制定并完善人才培养方案,编撰课程辅助教材,重新调整课程内容比重,实施乡村化一体式教学,建设立体化、多层次的实训基地及实习基地,建设结构合理、高素质师资队伍,以便更好地适应社会对人才的需求。
Under the background of rural revitalization,grass-roots rural community medical institutions have a huge demand for rehabilitation talents.In response to the actual needs of rural health revitalization,it is necessary to formulate and improve talent training programs,compile auxiliary curriculum materials,readjust the proportion of course content,and implement integrated rural teaching,build a three-dimensional,multi-level training base and internship base,build a reasonable structure,a team of high-quality teaching staff,so as to better adapt to the society's demand for talents.
