摘要
目的观察姜石颗粒治疗慢性腹泻脾胃虚弱证的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性腹泻脾胃虚弱证患者采用随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。治疗组给予姜石颗粒治疗,对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,2组均以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效以及治疗前后的中医证候积分和每日大便次数。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),对照组为73.33%(22/30),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组中医证候积分明显降低,大便次数明显减少,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组降低/减少更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论姜石颗粒治疗慢性腹泻脾胃虚弱证疗效确切,能明显改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiangshi Keli(姜石颗粒)in the treatment of chronic diarrhea with asthenia in spleen and stomach syndrome.Methods Sixty cases of chronic diarrhea with asthenia in spleen and stomach syndrome were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each.The treatment group was given Jiangshi Keli,while the control group was given montmorillonite powder,4 weeks constituted 1 course of treatment for both groups.After 1 course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores and the number of stools per day before and after treatment of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),that of the control group was 73.33%(22/30),and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores significantly decreased,the number of stools significantly decreased in the 2 groups,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.01),moreover,the treatment group decreased or reduced more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion It has definite efficacy and can markedly improve the clinical symptoms to use Jiangshi Keli in the treatment of chronic diarrhea with asthenia in spleen and stomach syndrome,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
