摘要
查阅涉及明代医家有关灸疗的医学典籍,参考现代相关文献,总结、归纳李时珍、杨继洲、龚廷贤、张景岳4位医家运用灸法治疗疾病的学术思想特色。灸法发展至明代已达到鼎盛,李时珍注重艾灸取材,杨继洲施灸步骤精密,着重灸后护理,龚廷贤选穴研精覃思,治法不拘一格,张景岳治验尊崇经典,均为明代灸疗极具代表性的医家。灸法为中医治疗疾病的传统方法,其在明代时期得到了不断丰富,形成了更加完善的灸疗体系,研究明代医家灸疗学术思想对现今临床开展灸疗研究与应用有所裨益。
Referring to the ancient medical books about moxibustion in Ming Dynasty and relevant modern literature,this paper generalizes and sums up the characteristics of academic thoughts of applying moxibustion therapy by four doctors,LI Shizhen,YANG Jizhou,GONG Tingxian and ZHANG Jingyue.Moxibustion has reached its peak in the Ming Dynasty,during which LI Shizhen focused on moxibustion materials;YANG Jizhou gave heed to the precision of moxibustion procedures,stressing on nursing care after moxibustion;GONG Tingxian selected points by careful study and deep thinking,thereby his treatment was not limited to one type.ZHANG Jingyue treated and verified by respecting classical moxibustion,all of whom were representative doctors of moxibustion in Ming Dynasty.Moxibustion is a traditional method of treating diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,which has been enriched and formed a more complete system in Ming Dynasty.It is beneficial to study moxibustion academic thoughts of Ming Dynasty doctors for the research and application of moxibustion in clinical practice nowadays.
