摘要
针对传统的浇筑式沥青铺装或环氧沥青铺装均存在钢桥面板疲劳开裂和铺装层破损的问题,云龙湾大桥设计阶段通过全面系统的调研,最终采用超高韧性混凝土(STC)钢桥面铺装结构体系。整个体系由STC层+高黏高弹改性沥青防水应力吸收层+高黏高弹改性沥青混合料SMA-13面层组成。通过实验配比、现场撒布试验等大量应用研究,高黏高弹改性沥青在云龙湾大桥上得以成功应用,基本解决了自锚式悬索桥桥梁结构体系下,钢桥面板桥面沥青铺装层可能出现的推移、开裂、脱落、唧浆等病害问题。
In view of the problems of fatigue cracking and pavement layer damage of steel bridge deck existing in traditional pouring asphalt pavement or epoxy asphalt pavement, Yunlongwan Bridge was investigated in the design stage. Finally, the super-high toughness concrete(STC) steel deck pavement structure system is adopted. The system is composed of STC layer + waterproof stress absorbing layer of high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt + mixture SMA-13 surface layer of high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt. Modified asphalt with high viscosity and high elasticity has been successfully applied on the Yunlongwan Bridge through a large number of application researches, such as experiment proportioning and field spreading test, and has basically solved the problems in the asphalt pavement of steel bridge deck, such as pushing, cracking, falling off and pumping within the self-anchored suspension bridge structural system.
