摘要
目的对早期肝硬化治疗中中医活血化瘀法的应用效果进行分析和体会。方法抽取2017年4月—2018年9月收治的早期肝硬化患者60例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,其中给予对照组常规西药治疗,给予观察组常规西药+中医活血化瘀治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组肝功能指标显著低于对照组,治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义,P <0.05。结论对早期肝硬化患者采用中药活血化瘀治疗,能够显著改善患者肝功能,在临床上具有较好的治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the experience and the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of early liver cirrhosis.Methods Sixty patients with early cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to September 1818 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Among them,the control group received routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given conventional western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the liver function index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with early cirrhosis with promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis method can significantly improve the liver function of patients and has a good clinical effect.
