摘要
双高背景下高职专业群建设是提升教育教学质量的重要抓手。以顺德职业技术学院美食产业专业群建设为例,探讨组群专业的选择、“群主”专业的确定、专业群人才培养机制、专业群人才培养模式、专业群内资源整合等几个关系,旨在为推动高职专业群建设提供参考。
Under the background of double high-level,the construction of higher vocational specialty groups is an important way to improve the quality of education and teaching.Taking the construction of food industry specialty group in Shunde Polytechnic as an example,this paper explores several relationships—the selection of specialty group,the determination of“group manager”specialty,the talent training mechanism of the specialty group,the talent training mode of the specialty group,and the resource integration within the specialty group—in order to provide references for the promotion of specialty group construction.
